I started playing Valorant during the beta but took a break, returning in Episode 4. My highest peak rank was Ascendant 2 in Episode 8, and since then I’ve consistently stayed in Diamond. I mainly play duelists like Raze and sometimes Jett. Over time, my aim and game sense have improved a lot, but I still have much to learn. I dislike playing poorly, and I know I need to work on my mental game, so it doesn’t affect my gameplay. I like Valorant because of how it looks, the fact that every agent has different abilities, and I think its shooting mechanics are smoother and more satisfying compared to CS.

I began playing Valorant during its beta testing stage, yet was not too thrilled with it and stopped playing for an amount of years until returning in 2024 and playing consistently for around a month, since then I’ve played the game on and off but not actively looking at patch notes or changes, so a very causal player, and haven’t even unlocked ranked but I mainly play Neon only due to her re-semblance to a LOL champion Zeri whom was developed at the same time as Neon for Valorant, as a general rule of thumb Valorant is very enjoyable for an fps game compared to the other common games in its genre for me personally since I am not big on shooters.

I started playing Valorant in December of 2021 because a friend of mine recommended it to me. I never really stopped playing it, but I now play it significantly less than I did back when I started be-cause my life has changed a lot, and I have different hobbies that I'd rather spend my time on. My highest rank is Diamond 2, and I hit that in V25 since then I've been either Platinum or Diamond, varying throughout the years. I do not really have a main agent, but I love to play with utility, so I tend to play agents who have a lot of those (think of Skye, Killjoy, Raze, Omen, etc.). Over time my aim has improved, although that is the area I'm weakest at. My game sense is much better and has improved a ton over the years. I think that's my strongest area. My mentality stays decent when I play the game, it does not tend to annoy me as much as when I was younger. However, when there are rude people in my games or whatever, it can really get to me, but I try not to let it. That's simply a minus-point about gaming, it's male-dominated and that can go the wrong way.
